05. Company Secretary
The company secretary is the main senior executive of the company and has the authority to handle company administrative matters. The company secretary is a senior officer, so if he/she cannot perform the duties prescribed in the Companies Ordinance, he/she will be punished.
Our associate company “Carl Corporate Services Company Limited” act as client’s Company Secretary, and
